Our Process
Block selection and procurement
The first and most important step or process is selecting the block and ensuring perfect procurement. Our team has a direct collaboration with the best queries garunteeing a regular supply of quality blocks.
Block Cutting process
Depending on the block size and shape, we have a fully mechanized plant. A Multi Wiresaw Machine is used to cut the quartz and granite blocks while a Gangsaw Machine is used to cut the marble blocks.
Grinding and Polishing
After the cutting, the slabs are taken for further processing. The process of grinding and mirror polishing or the antique finish is done using a 20-head automatic polishing machine available at our facility.
Quality Check and Packing
Before the marble reaches you and after final finishing, our quality control team inspects the material for quality checks post which the passed material is packed and dispatched from our factory.
